Blogs are an effective way to have a Online Presence.
Blogs can be created using some Blogs Providers. Like Blogger.com
Steps to do It:
1. sign for an account at blogger.com
2. create a blog using one their blogs server like blogspot.com.
3. go to the dashboard of your blogger account and start create new Posts.
One limitation of these type of blogs service providers is that they don't let other users to login to ur blogs. Even No Public postings..
